Week 2: Androgynous/Aromantic/Bisexual/Panromantic(For Next Week)

Introduction

Every week me, Aubrey Knowlton, and Savanah Coco-Barrett will be doing a sexuality explanation article so that people can have a good idea of what each individual sexuality means.   Every week, there will be 4 sexualities that will be explained.   There are 46 sexualities in total but we will be doing 29 which is a little over half of them.

Androgynous

Androgynous – Androgyny is the combination of masculine and feminine characteristics into an ambiguous form. Androgyny may be expressed with regard to biological sex, gender identity, or gender expression. When androgyny refers to mixed biological sex characteristics in humans, it often refers to intersex people.

Aromantic

Aromantic – Having no interest or little to relationships.

Bisexual

Bisexual – sexually attracted not exclusively to people of one particular gender; attracted to both men and women.

Panromantic

Panromantic – Someone who is panromantic is romantically attracted to people of all gender identities. This doesn’t mean you’re romantically attracted to everyone, but that someone’s gender doesn’t really factor into whether you’re romantically attracted to them or not.
