2/10: Brier Terrace vs. North

Last night the Bulldog girls basketball team traveled north to North middle school.

8th grade was up first looking for their first victory of the season. Fighting hard the entire game the tough bulldog defense held on for a 23-19 victory.

Leading the way for the bulldogs was Bri Reyes with 4 points, 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Also chipping in were Jordan Wagner with 5 points and 3 rebounds and Mia Rheinheimer with 4 points, 4 rebounds and 4 steals.
7th grade had a tough start, being down at the end of the first quarter. But a late surge in the half had them up 1 at the break. In the second half the bulldogs pulled away for a 47-31 victory. Leading the bulldogs was Jasmine Gill with 12 points, 5 rebounds and 6 steals. Also contributing was Olivia Miller with 14 points, Emerson Alley with 6 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals, Clara Loveless with 8 points and 10 rebounds, and with some great defense Abby Schmicker with 5 points.
The next game for the Bulldogs is at Kellogg middle school.

2/8: Brier Terrace vs. College Place

Girls basketball had their first home games Tuesday night as College Place came to our gym. Both games were exciting with great play from both teams.

8th grade kept the score close for most of the game before eventually falling 23-46.

Jordan Wagner

Great Job Jordan! Jordan Scored 12 points, 4 rebounds, and an incredible 5 steals! Keep the hard work going! Very Swag performance!

Mia Reinhemier 

Good Job Mia! Last week Mia got 3 points and 6 steals! Really incredible defensive performance!

7th grade played a close back and forth game and ultimately ran out of time losing 30-37.

Olivia Miller

Great Job Olvia! Olivia Scored 15 points, grabbed 7 boards, and got 4 steals!

Clara Loveless 

Great Job Clara! Clara scored 8 points, got 4 rebounds, and pitched in 4 steals!

Jasmine Gill

Jasmine Scored 5 points, added 5 rebounds to the total, and 4 steals.
