I joined journalism because I have always been interested in writing and art. I thought I could continue and expand my ideas on those topics through journalism. I can also encourage myself to think outside the box and push myself to work outside of my comfort zone and try new things.
What I'm looking forward to in journalism
What I'm looking forward to in journalism is trying new things and seeing the different things I can do when I collaborate with others and share ideas. I am also looking forward to making new friends and meeting new people.
Something about me
I've played soccer since I was young and I really enjoy it. Right now I play for a select soccer club called FC Edmonds and this is my second year playing for them. I hope to continue playing for them for a long time. I have an older sister who's going to Edmonds Woodway and a younger brother who's going to Terrace Park Elementary.
